I-SIGN’S ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM IS SHORTLISTED FOR THE ONLINE INITIATIVE AT THE 2011 CLAIMS INNOVATIONS AWARDS

i-sign are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted at the Claims Innovation Awards in the ‘Online Initiative’ category.

Recognising that solicitors were understandably reluctant to hand over control of a new claim to an outsource supplier, i-sign provided them with the ability to control the appointment process direct with the claimant and book same day appointments online.  The initiative has helped customers to:

• Improve conversion rates with more packs signed and returned in less days.
• Reduce operational costs and time spent retrieving packs.
• Enhance the customer journey by booking the most convenient appointments.
• Shorten case lifecycles through quicker return of packs.

The Claims Innovation Awards celebrate all that is best about innovation in the PI sector. Judging will take place in March, and the Awards will be presented at a gala dinner at the Hilton Manchester, on 5th May.
